Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Dollar Express, we aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel an order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Process:

  • Contact us at info@dollarexpress.co.nz or call 0221850036 to initiate a return.
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided during the return process.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the original item must first be returned (as per the conditions above). A new order for the desired product can be placed separately.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipping:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is shipped.
  • To cancel, email info@dollarexpress.co.nz or call 0221850036 with your order details.

After Shipping:

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item following the return process.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • For successfully canceled orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dollarexpress.co.nz or 0221850036.

Provide details, including photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
